Meetings are held on Club Day

Projects planned for this year include Red Ribbon Week in October and National Smoke-out day in November.

Last year's club project:
Red Ribbon Week in October. This is a drug awareness campaign. During Red Ribbon Week, AMICI members distributed red bracelets to students who signed anti-drug pledges.
A "Hugs not Drugs" toy drive was held with the donated toys being given to needy children at Christmas. Special guest speakers presented information to students regarding the dangers of drug use.
A "See yourself as a victim of Drug Abuse" display was placed in the high school hallway at the end of the week. A local funeral home allowed us to use a casket with a mirror placed in it, to allow students to see the reality of drug abuse.
